Ok, this is the final product on the Avril drawing. This was an interesting/fun drawing to do. I really liked the lighting and the pose. I did embellish the lighting a little bit from the original to make the tones more dramatic. Thank you to everyone that kept me motivated and commented on the WIP. I appreciated the support. I wasn't sure if I had the "avril look" at first but in the end I am pleased with the outcome. I think it does resemble her.

Great drawing.. I really think the face looks like Avril..
Only the hair looks like she has dread locks or something.. Don't know if she had then in the pic..
But other that that, great Drawing! :D

:clap: i saw the WIPs and waited for the end product..:Dand i have to say it came out very well..i certainly looks like her..and the shading is excellent especially on the face,eyes and her T-shirt :thumbsup: definitely a :+fav:

I think you caught her eyes and mouth perfectly - good work! The shirt and arms are well done too but I am not sure about the hair though. The light part of it looks a little unfinished to me. I am not sure why. The reflection on top of the hair is great, you could add more highlights?... Ohh one last thing, her nose - it doesn't seem all finished, like it's not defined enough near the tip. I think it's would do wonders if you worked on the nose a bit more.
But as always your drawing look smooth and nice :)

Thanks alot. The only tips I could really give you are take your time, Draw things how you see them not how you want to see them, and buy yourself quality materials. Thanks for looking.

As much as I hate the actual subject, I can't say I don't like the deviation. I especially like how you managed to pull off her hair. Great work.
