This is a commission I've been working on the past few days. The subject is a US soldier who was killed recently. The commissioner is giving this to his family with condolences.
Make sure you thank a soldier next time you see one.
I did this drawing on Bristol Smooth which I haven't used in a while. I forgot how difficult it is to get darker tones on this paper.
