This is a drawing I just finished of the gorgeous Jennifer Love Hewitt. It took me quite a while to do...not in terms of sit down hours but in terms of just getting the time to sit down and work on it. She's been staring at me from my drawing table for about 2 weeks now. I just had to finish her tonight. I think I might do another picture of her soon.
I really like the way you blend graphite. Her hair seems so wet.
Is it due to the paper, or some kinda stuff you use to blend graphite powder or what? *curious*

Brian you went beyond the photo for sure, she loooks fantastic! I love the smooth blending and that hair is amazing, it must of took you a lonnng time to do. You know this looks more like a painted portrait, i like that effect!

Long time no comment! lol well its about time I came to check on ya! And beautiful work as usual. lol looks just like a photograph very loverly! 11 hours holy crappers I wish I could spend that much time on a drawing, it would probably come out better.. and again, awesome shyte!
Bwtween your portrait of Jennifer, and Imaginee's porraits of another Jennifer - Jennifer Garner and Liv Tyler - I don't know how much more my heart can take. I'd swear these women were sitting here in front of me and not on a computer screen.
You've done very well here. Jennifer Love Hewitt is such a beautiful girl, with such a girl-next-door quality, yet you managed to capture that quality and even take her beyond that. Excellent work.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
